Meet Mr. Stelmar
Hello Wildcat Families! It is a pleasure to work with your students and help them overcome obstacles and setbacks and assist them in planning and achieving their goals in high school and beyond. I have been in working in secondary education for over 26 years, the first 6 years as a teacher the past 19 years as a school counselor. Currently I serve as the Lead Counselor at BOHS for students with the last names A-E. I am also the counselor for all BOHS Independent Study students.
I am a proud citizen of Brea and love our community and high school!
Besides my family, one my my passions when away from school is my membership in the 501st Legion. The 501st Legion is an all-volunteer international organization that seeks to promote interest in Star Wars through the building and wearing of quality costumes, and to facilitate the use of these costumes for Star Wars-related events as well as contributions to the local community through costumed charity and volunteer work.
