We will be offering these screenings on two separate days, Monday November 30th, 2020 for Cohort A and Friday, December 4th, 2020 for Cohort B. Tenth grade students will be called up from class throughout the day to be briefly screened. The two district school nurses will utilize all the COVID precautions that BOUSD has implemented and will not have students waiting together in a large group. Please ensure your student brings their glasses or wears his or her contacts on the screening day. If your student is already under care or you do not want your student screened please fill in the form attached below and return electronically to [email protected] or return a hard copy of this form to the BOHS front office on or prior to November 30th, 2020.
Distance Learners: If you would like to have your 10th grader screened for hearing and vision please bring them to campus after school Monday November 30th, 2020 or December 4th, 2020 from 2:15pm-3pm. Please check in at the BOHS front office.
