I truly believe It is a great honor and privilege to serve as the Principal of Brea Olinda High School. As a resident of Orange County for over 30 years, some of that time living and working in Brea, I am excited for the opportunity each year to build upon the rich traditions of education, dedication to excellence, and commitment to students Brea Olinda Unified has offered to our students for close to a Century.
A strong school is established only when you have a dedicated staff, a student body committed to academic excellence, and a caring community. Brea Olinda High School possesses these qualities and more. With over 100 staff members committed to the excellence of our students, we provide a unique educational opportunity for all. We believe that fostering a culture of high academic achievement for all, positive self-worth, and responsible citizenship in an environment of mutual respect, trust, and cooperation among students, staff, and parents is essential to student success. Brea Olinda High offers a variety of instructional programs, ranging from our Advanced Placement (AP) Diploma track and Career Pathways to strategic academic programming tailored to meet our student needs. We are proud to host a Global Information Technology Academy, along with seven career pathways combining rigorous academic learning with practical project-based courses integrating real-world applications of knowledge and skill. Students have opportunities to participate in many programs supported by our community, which include Fullerton College, Brea Fire, and Boeing to name just a few. We are also proud to field 23 varsity sports and award-winning experiences in a full range of performing, visual, and applied arts courses.
