Hello Parents and Students,

 

My name is Mrs. Teal.  I have been a teacher at BOHS for over twenty years. This year, 2020-2021, I am teaching both AP language and Lit Comp 2.

 

Over a decade ago, I wrote the AP Language curriculum and had it approved by the Collage Board.  I have been teaching AP Language ever since, modifying the curriculum yearly to ensure students get the best of current materials and methodology. 

 

My sophomore classes get the same level of attention as my AP classes. Working with newly-adopted textbooks, I supplement the sophomore curriculum with spelling, vocabulary, and grammar exercises to help students build all of their language skills.  

 

FOR DISTANCE LEARNING: STUDENTS MUST HAVE FULLY OPERATIONAL CAMERAS FOR ZOOMING AND STUDENTS MUST BE CLEARLY VISIBLE FROM TOP OF SHOULDERS TO TOP OF HEAD-- THIS AFFECTS PARTICIPATION GRADES.
