Hello!

Welcome to Ms. Hefner's English class! I love teaching English because it allows students to think creatively, engage with reading, and collaborate with their classmates. I truly believe that education can change the world and as such, I take my job as a teacher very seriously. This class requires students to perform at their best levels, and all of my policies are designed to help students do their best and grow as readers, writers, and thinkers. I look forward to getting to know each and every one of my students and helping in any way I can to help you succeed. It's going to be a great year!
