Bonjour! I'm Madame Louis and I have been teaching French for 11 years. I have taught at Canyon High School, Buena Park High School, Troy High School, Brea Jr. High and, of course, my favorite, Brea Olinda High School! I teach French 2 and AVID 9, 11 & 12 this year. I earned a BA in Theater and French from USC, a MA in French from CSUF as well as teaching credentials in French and English.
I spent some time living in Paris, attending La Sorbonne (the University of Paris) and teaching English at Lycée Victor Hugo. While living in France, I met my amazing husband and since we have had two adorable, and quite active, children, Lucy and Oliver. I return to France with my family every summer to travel and visit family.
I thank you for entrusting your loved ones with me! I try to provide a welcoming, inclusive learning environment where taking risks is encouraged and rewarded. Please feel free to email me about anything!
